This report is published by the APPG. A number of people have contributed to this report, including the Chair of the APPG, Oona King MP, and Mark Pallis. Thanks are conveyed to the National Contact Points, companies, NGOs and legal experts who participated in the research. Special thanks go to the two Research Associates of the APPG, Stefania Tripodi and Benedetta Lacey, who carried out interviews with the NCPs and companies respectively during November 2004 and January 2005.

The recommendations are the collective view of the APPG. In addition, the APPG made a submission to the OECD in relation to the development of guidelines on the use of the OECD guidelines for MNEs in conflict situations. This submission is available online at:
