This report examines how the UK has followed up allegations made by the UN regarding corporate conduct in the DRC.

This report is published by the APPG. A number of people have contributed to this report, including the Chair of the APPG, Oona King MP, and Mark Pallis. The recommendations are the collective view of the APPG. In addition, the APPG made a submission to the OECD in relation to the development of guidelines on the use of the OECD guidelines for MNEs in conflict situations.
