The APPG sent a delegation of MPs and Lords to the Great Lakes region in July-August of 2000. See here for their report.
In the summer of 2000 a delegation of Parliamentarians went to the Great Lakes region to witness first hand the problems that the area has to cope with. This report shows the findings of the delegation and also outlines a set of reconmendations that the group has made to the UK Government to aid in the develoment of the region.
